Bonnie began her undergraduate studies at Northeastern University and completed her studies at SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Minor in Business Studies. It was in her senior year at SUNY New Paltz that she became interested in Real Estate and began house hunting in the area. When she found a "FSBO" (for sale by owner) , she knew instantly this house was worth well over the asking the price. Bonnie bought the  house, made some minor renovations and sold the house 6 months later at a nice profit.  She knew instantly this was what she wanted to do for a living and while utilizing her Communications degree at an Internet start up after graduation, she began taking Real Estate Appraisal courses and a few years later founded Sullivan Appraisal Services. Bonnie is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Real Estate Appraisals through the Appraisal Institute.
